General Services Policies

Monkey Tours reserves the right to cancel or change any tour due to excess of water ow in case of bad weather conditions or by poor condition of roads and Access to places where these tours are to be develop.
If for any reason we have to make a change before or during the service, for reason stated in point number one, customers will be oered another similar activity without refund. If the tour is not operated at all, the total price paid for the service will be reimbursed.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to clients who are in unsuitable conditions for the tour for their safety and that of all. Customer must not be under the inuence of alcohol or drugs and if is taking any prescription drug’s this must be indicated to the tour leader before departure.
All tours must be pre-paid.
In case of credit , a form must be completed, which will be approved by SMT.
We give 100% refund on services canceled 48 hours before their execution, IF COSTA RICA MONKEY TOURS DECIDE TO CANCEL THE TRIP DUE ANY WEATHER CONDITION OR ANY FACTOR THAT AFFECT OUR CUSTOMERS INTEGRITY.
We have a 50% administrative fee for cancellations made 72 hours prior departureof the tour.
No refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours from the date of the tour.

15% Fees not included.
Must arrive on a Mondays or Fridays.
Schedule traveling is mandatory you cannot skip any activities or traveling
otherwise you will need to cover any additional costs.
Additional persons are accepted, charge per adult $799 and for kids under 12 is
$499 for the whole package.
Must travel before December 17^th 2014.

Some Adventure tours have ages, height, weight and health restrictions.
must be 18 to check in at hotels or have a responsible adult for this tour.
Credit card and valid ID is required upon check ins.
Please contact our customer service department for an accurate quote for your selected dates. Please remind that we depart on specific days only. For the Costa Rican tour we depart every monday and friday and for the Nicaragua tour every Monday and Thursday with some exceptions. All prices are in US $ plus fees (15%).
