Sometimes a beach can be safer at high or low tide, and sometimes there’s a strong current one day that will not be there the next. All of this is important to know. Good examples of beaches that are safe for swimming are Samara, Carrillo, Punta Uva, Ocotal and Playa Hermosa in Santa Teresa.
