Bird watching may sound like a hobby for a retiree, and in other places it just might be. In Costa Rica, though, you aren’t watching little sparrows and blue jays. These birds are tropical, big, loud, unique and beautiful! There are 894 species of birds in Costa Rica. That’s more bird species than in the United States and Canada combined.
