4. Guaro Sour
A Guaro Sour is like Costa Rica’s take on a whiskey sour, but the end result is a bit more tropical than the original. The drink is very refreshing after a long day of playing in the forest, or a few sips from your beach chair or pool side swim up bar is the perfect way to enjoy your day.
Ingredients:
Guaro
Lime
Club Soda
Simple Syrup or Raw Sugar
Recipe:
Take two fingers of Guaro and mix it with a splash of club soda and a little less than a tablespoon of simple syrup or raw sugar. Line the rim of the glass with the juice from your lime wedge and leave it as a garnish.
