It is rather difficult to compile a list of best beaches in Costa Rica, because there are so many incredible beaches on both the Pacific and Caribbean side. Here is one anyway.
1. Montezuma Beach
Montezuma is reached by water taxi out of Jaco, Costa Rica, and you’ll understand why there is a large expat community calling Montezuma home once you get there. The beach is a crescent shaped utopia, and a day snorkeling trip to the Tortuga Islands is sure to please, too.
