Two words: Endless Deposits. With our Endless Deposits system, if for any unfortunate reason you must cancel your trip, we will honor your deposit so that you can reschedule any time you wish. What’s more, you can even pass the deposit onto a friend so they can enjoy the vacation you planned with us!

Our endless deposit system is designed to protect you from any unexpected events resulting in the cancellation or delay of the trip due to an unwanted situation. You will be able to reprogram your vacations at any time for the same tour, or any tour offered by us. You will also have the option of passing on your deposit to your friends or family members as you wish. You will never be penalized in the event of a reprogrammed cancellation.

If for some unthinkable reason you must cancel your trip entirely (rescheduling not an option), the following applies:

Less than 30 days’ notice: Your full deposit will be kept.
More than 30 days’ notice: Half of your deposit will be kept.

This policy stands because in case of cancellation, we must still pay the hotels and tours that have been booked on your behalf. Thank you for your understanding.
