3. Ambar
The first creation of Cervecera del Centro; Ambar is an amber beer that is known as a Marzenbier (beer of March) in Germany. Marzenbier was originally brewed for dealing with the hot weather in summer months before the advent of refrigeration, so Ambar doesn’t need to be cooled to maintain a sumptuous flavor. Ambar is 5.5% alcohol by volume.
