3. Chirripó National Park
The highest peak of Costa Rica is found in the Chirripó National Park, but that isn’t exactly an easy hike. For a less strenuous jaunt in the woods, you can head to one of the many trails of Chirripó. Here you will see animals such as owls, quetzals, jaguars (probably not, but maybe), rabbits and peccaries.
