There are about 200 volcanic points in Costa Rica, out of which five are active at the time. The volcanoes that are currently active are Arenal, Irazú, Poás, Rincón de la Vieja and Turrialba, but just as beautiful are other non-active volcanoes overflowing with nature and wonderful views, like Barva, Cerro Chato, Miravalles and Tenorio.
